ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a ticket for any MAJACE, Event held by Marcus Anderson or Encore event, the Ticket Holder agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

ALL SALES FINAL
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except as expressly stated herein or as required by applicable North Carolina law.

POSTPONEMENT OR RESCHEDULING
If an event is postponed or rescheduled for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, governmental orders, public health concerns, or a declared state of emergency, the ticket shall remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• No cash refunds will be issued for postponed or rescheduled events.
• At the promoter’s discretion, ticket holders may be issued a non-cash credit for a future event.

CANCELLATION WITHOUT RESCHEDULING
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
• Service fees and processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip and any non-refundable expenses, including concert tickets, lodging, and transportation.
Travel insurance may provide reimbursement if you are unable to attend due to covered circumstances.

Travel insurance is optional and is purchased directly from the provider. Marcus Anderson Productions, LLC does not sell, underwrite, or administer travel insurance policies.

DISCLOSURE
This policy is disclosed prior to purchase and acceptance is required at checkout. By completing the purchase, the Ticket Holder acknowledges understanding and agreement to these terms.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, including but not limited to N.C. Gen. Stat. §§14-344 and 14-344.1.
